Beth Herbert

I qualified from Liverpool University Vet school having previously studied Zoology and Behavioural Ecology.

The latter meaning I was able to spend a lot of time in Trinidad researching shoaling fish behaviours in the mountain streams before heading into the IT industry to save up to go back to university and start Vet School. Being a vet was my childhood dream and I love it every day.

When not vetting I love wild swimming, going for walks, spending time with friends, rescuing various animals and generally just trying to love everyday as it comes. If I was a dog breed I'd definitely be a lurcher and I have a big soft spot for all pointy noses, although I'm a sucker for all the lovely golden oldies out there and partial to a feisty cat that knows its own mind!
